Good reasons to write

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a hotel has closed, renamed itself or changed in a way our entry doesn't reflect, please tell us which page and what has changed.

We also welcome questions about how the index works, suggestions for hotels that suit one of the four categories, and messages from hotels about factual errors in their own entry.

What we can't help with

We are not a travel agent. We can't make or change reservations, check availability, quote rates or pass messages to a hotel. For anything to do with a stay, contact the hotel directly.

Please don't send payment details, passport numbers or other sensitive information by email. We will never ask for them.

Replies

We aim to answer within a few working days. Corrections usually go live soon after they are checked.
